Your Monthly Dose of Zoah Delight 🌟
Zoah Collective, November edition
Hello Friends,
Now, I understand newsletters might not be everyone's cup of tea, and truth be told, I share the sentiment. They tend to be lengthy, a tad tedious, and, well, overwhelming. And, as someone with dyslexia, I often find myself swimming in a sea of information on a single page.
So, you might wonder, why are you receiving this one? It's simple. Because you matter to me, and our mission at Zoah is to cultivate a community of like-minded individuals passionate about behavioural change, eager to learn, grow, and share together💥. And, honestly, what better way to do that than through a newsletter, right? Unlike the typical newsletters, my commitment is to keep it short, sweet, and to the point, adorned with visual delights (because who doesn't love a bit of imagery, right?).
As a friendly reminder, you'll only get two newsletters a month from us. This is a new venture for the Zoah Collective community. As the Head Coach here, part of my role is to care for and nurture our community. So, think of this newsletter as a personal letter from me to you 🙂. Your feedback is not only welcomed but genuinely valued!
Right!, no more chit-chat - let's get straight to honouring those promises! This newsletter edition is all about building healthy relationships, so you can expect:

💡"It sounds like you're saying X. Am I understanding you correctly?"
Summarise: Recap key points to ensure everyone is on the same page.
📝"Let me summarise the key takeaways from our conversation: [summarise main ideas]."📝"To confirm, we've agreed to [reiterate the agreed-upon decision or plan]. Is there anything I have missed or misunderstood”?
